Investment Capital
The B.C. Renaissance Capital Fund Ltd. is a Crown corporation. The Renaissance Fund invests in venture capital partnerships managed by experienced investment professionals. It focuses on four key technology sectors: information technology, digital media, clean technology and life sciences.
The Province offers three key programs to help small businesses in B.C. access capital for business startup and expansion:
- Venture Capital Program
- Employee Share Ownership Program
- Labour Sponsoured Funds Program
